Welcome to Tasary. By placing an order with our studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting
your order and processing your initial deposit payment.

A. Definitions

• "Studio", "We", "Us": Tasary Digital Design Studio (operated by Aryton Ciappara Sciriha, Malta).

• "Client", "You": The individual (private event host/couple) or corporate entity purchasing the services.

• "Product/Service": Interactive paperless digital invitations, visual design assets, web animation layout links, and integrated smart-form data
  routing tools.

B. The Ordering & Design Process

To ensure a structured, high-end design experience, all projects must strictly follow our 8-step workflow:

1. Package Selection: The Client chooses their preferred digital invitation package.

2. Detail Submission: The Client fills out our invitation design form with their event details, preferred text, and creative concept ideas.

3. Terms Acceptance: The Client reads, understands, and formally agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Escrow Fee (Deposit): The Client pays a secure, non-refundable upfront deposit (Escrow Fee) to initiate the project and lock in the design
   schedule. No design work will begin until this payment is cleared.

5. Watermarked Proofing: The Studio will custom-design the initial suite and send a secure, watermarked image, web link, or MP4 video preview to
   the Client for review.

6. Confirmation & Final Payment: Upon approving the concept layout, the Client confirms the design and pays the remaining balance of the package
   fee.

7. Final Delivery: Once full payment is received, the Studio clears the watermarks and transfers the live, fully tailored interactive invitation link to
   the Client.

8. Distribution: The Client distributes the interactive link to their guests using their own preferred messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Email,
   Messenger, SMS).

C. Intellectual Property, Watermarks, and Escrow Protection

• Copyright Ownership: All creative assets, custom web animations, coding logic, and graphic layouts remain the intellectual property of the Studio
  until final payment is settled in full.

• Watermark Protection: Draft designs, video clips, or mockups provided during the proofing stage are strictly for review purposes. Copying,
  recording, sharing, or attempting to remove watermarks from draft files is a direct violation of international copyright laws and will result in the
  immediate termination of the project without a refund.

• Escrow Forfeiture: The initial Escrow Fee covers the time, software licenses, and labor dedicated to creating your custom layout. If a Client
  decides to cancel the project after the watermarked proof has been generated, the upfront Escrow Fee is completely non-refundable and is
  forfeited to cover studio overheads.

4. Guest RSVP Management and Smart-Form Data Routing

• Automated Data Routing: Our premium interactive invitation suites feature built-in smart forms. Guest responses, RSVPs, and dietary
  requirements are programmed to bypass the Studio entirely and route directly into the Client’s designated email inbox.

• Data Accuracy & Hosting: The Studio is solely responsible for building and maintaining the front-end logic of the form. The Client is entirely
  responsible for monitoring their own inbox for guest submissions. The Studio does not store, monitor, or manage your guests’ private data once
  the live product link is delivered.

5. Client Responsibilities & Revisions

• Content Accuracy: The Client must thoroughly proofread all event dates, times, locations, and spelling submitted in the design form. The Studio is
  not liable for errors or typos that were approved by the Client during the watermarked proofing stage.

• Revision Limits: Each package includes a specific number of design text corrections or minor layout tweaks during the proofing phase. Drastic
  modifications that completely change the agreed-upon initial design brief may incur additional customization fees.

• Unfeatured designs: Any designs which are requested by the client, and are not included in the package may come at an additional cost
  depending the amount of labor initiated.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from services provided by the
Studio will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
